A very hard-fought game between well matched teams. Cobras started slowly after a long journey in appalling driving conditions. Isca’s high press caused us some issues and eventually an Isca player used an interception to create a 1 on 1 with the GK to score after 14 mins. The remainder of the half was end to end. In the 2^nd half Isca made use of a similar opportunity to score a second. Meanwhile we continued to miss the goal by inches until finally scoring 3 mins from the end. One final attack could not quite deliver a second. We forgot to do Players' Player, so the Coach's nomination is Lottie for stepping up to play so well in goal and Maddie for her attacking play. Congratulations to all our debutants, and thank you to all our parents and players who made the long trek to Exeter.

Here is the league table. Qualification for the post Christmas national league will now depend on the outcome of the final West match against Clifton on 27 Nov.
